The Golden Rule: Always check the size chart provided in each listing. Never assume your usual size will work. Measure a well-fitting item you already own and compare those measurements to the chart. This single habit will eliminate 90% of sizing issues.

How to Measure Yourself

For clothing, you need four key measurements: chest (fullest part, tape under arms), shoulder (seam to seam across the back), length (highest shoulder point to hem), and sleeve (shoulder seam to cuff). For pants: waist (natural waistline), hip (fullest part), inseam (crotch to ankle), and thigh (fullest part of upper leg).
